What Does Ellen Always Say?
Have you ever really paid attention? At the end of her show, Ellen DeGeneres says this one phrase every time without fail. This isn’t just a “catch phrase,” though.
Now I realize that some people are not big fans of Ellen DeGeneres. I’m not here to discuss her personal choices or her relationship status. Neither matter to me in the grand scheme of things. Regardless of how you feel about her or whether you like her or not, consider what she says at the end of her show.
What does Ellen always say?
“Be kind to one another.”
That one little sentence made up of five words packs a punch, doesn’t it?!
What if we ALL did exactly that and were kind to each other. What if this caught on world wide?! Imagine the impact it would have!
There would not be any more family disputes. Gone would be the days of back biting and talking behind each other’s backs. Attitudes wouldn’t exist, and smiles would be ever present upon our faces. Wars would be no more, as well, and we would be living in a world of peace all because we were kind to one another.
While we can’t change other people, nor do we have any control over how they choose to act, we can decide that the change we want to see in the world should begin with … US!
Be kind to one another, indeed.

I ended up on your blog after searching for “Ellen’s catchphrase”. I wanted to check if it is a regular occurrence.
Thanks for confirming it and spreading positivity.
Another great quote you might enjoy.
“Three things are important in human life. The first is to be kind. The second is to be kind. The third is to be kind.”
– Mother Teresa
(Hmm … Looks like she was quoting the author Henry James. Still words to live by)
