Intentional Marriage
As Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching, we thought this would be the perfect time to introduce you to a new book by Crystal Brothers called Intentional Marriage. This 31 day devotional helps you on your journey walking hand in hand, side by side, and heart to heart with your husband. While it’s not a magic potion, it does help you on this path as it is impossible to change anyone but yourself. She purposely gives you information packed in this book to ensure that you are being the best that you can be for your spouse.
In a way, it reminded me of The Love Dare Book that went along with the Fireproof movie from a few years ago.
Each day you begin with a bible verse, and then you go right in to the focus of the day. I don’t want to give too much of the book away. I will tell you, though, that if you strive to do the things in this book daily, you will see a difference in your marriage during the course of these 31 days.
I really like how Crystal gives you daily guidance and then gives you an opportunity to journal how that day went or what your thoughts were during this process. It helps to have a record of it to reflect back on also to see how your relationship has improved on this journey.
This little book will bless your heart and that of your spouse. It is focused on the woman doing things for her husband. Some may have a problem with this, but as stated earlier in this review, it is impossible to change any one else but yourself. That is why the focus is purposely and intentionally on YOU in the marriage and ways that you can help your mate and your marriage.
It’s reasonably priced, and lucky for you, we’re doing a giveaway of Crystal’s book! So, enter our giveaway for a chance to win her book Intentional Marriage. Otherwise, the book is $4.99, with a special introductory price of $2.99 for a limited time beginning January 27, 2014.
